The spoon bending exercise increases our self belief and uses the power of the mind- concentration- to do something that takes 1000’s of tonnes of steel to do.

VWZ- Board Breaking
Board breaking is a metaphor for increasing our faith and trust in our self. It is 20% physical and 80% emotional and mental. Stressing on self belief is extremely important for a human being. Along with that, we must be able to control our physiology, having the right attitude and focusing on the solution.
- All learned fears can be unlearned
- Fear reflects a low expectation of your self
- Motivate yourself to higher performance

We Use only 10% of our potential
